Me and my puppy are not getting along because of this. Glad I found this
    video.

  2. Caitlin Peacock says:

Also, young puppies can be kept on a 6ft leash attached to you at all
times. That way you can supervise and allow your pup to see the whole house
as “his space.” I keep my 3.5 month old pup in her crate or playpen when I
can’t supervise and when I can supervise I let her run around but if she
tries to go into another room or behind the couch I control her with my
voice so I can see her. It’s a lot of work but it’s paying off for sure!

ths is not bad ust I don’t like how you have to keep it In oneroom at the
    time

Thanks for that I’ll see what I can do great idea

  5. Patricia J. Navarrete says:

It’s absolutely uncomfortable whenever your puppy keeps jumping up on
    people.

  6. Katrina Kee says:

My 7yr old cocker spaniel not only does his business outside, but sometimes
does his business within minutes of coming back inside as well! Sometimes
he will go inside within an hour! It doesn’t matter how long he is outside
either! When he wants to go, he just goes! We have tried lots of love and
praise and treats as rewards as soon as he does his busines outside, we
have even tried taking him outside on a schedule like as soon as everyone
gets up, right after he eats, before everyone goes to bed at night, etc. At
least 5-6 times a day when he was a puppy and then trying to give him
enough time each time to do his business. Even I don’t go to the bathroom
that much all of the time! But he still goes in the house! We have told him
“want to potty?” as we take him out, designated only one person to take him
out to be even more consistent to a designated location and still no good
results. The only good thing is that since he has gotten older is that he
can hold it longer because his kidneys are adult sized instead of puppy
sized. And you want me to teach my dog to ring a bell when he needs to go
out………. I am sure that we are not doing something right but at least
I know that he won’t be ringing any bells any time soon!

    This doesn’t work at all

  8. Sandra Proffitt says:

I have two 11 week old Maltese brothers, how do I potty train both at the
    same time?

  9. Jessica Strouse says:

I have a Papillon. They are supposed to be super smart. But this is only
her second day with me, and I don’t have a doorbell. Plus she is so little
of I did little girl wouldn’t reach it. It probably worked for you. Sorry
to be a bitch. Thanks for trying to help , and I’m sure u have.

  10. Jacque Mayhew says:

These never work.Offering treats only encourages them to want treats for
everything they do and Lord help you if you run out, because your dog will
be mad and go right back inside and do its business. Ring a bell? lol Try
asking your dog if he needs to go potty. You’ll be amazed at how quickly
he’ll let you know if he’s gotta go.. Keeping them crated may or may not be
a helpful tool. Your pet just may see that crate as a punishment and fight
you tooth and nail when it’s time to go back in. From my own experience in
having trained many dogs, as cruel as it sounds or may be the “only” sure
fire way to train them is to rub their nose right in it, and trust
me..they’ll start letting you know when they gotta go. Just don’t cram
their face in it to the point they literally inhale it. You want to do it
just enough that they get a dang good whiff.

I have a problem with my 2 year old German Shepherd, Dude. Not every single
time, but more often than not he defecates in the back of my Jeep Cherokee.
What can I do to stop him from doing this…Please?

  13. Samantha Earwood says:

You have to show them how to use the bells and be consistent every time you
    take them out.

  14. Jessica Strouse says:

Ring a bell on the door? Do you own

    Lassie?

  15. Alex Bissoon says:

    Doesn’t ***

  16. Dayanis Santana says:

    Nope. It don’t work
