This is the Sidney’s segment from the first episode of HoundTV wher he works with his Rottweiler puppy ‘Maverick” teaching the beginnings of the recall and to walk on lead.

Dozer (Rottweiler)completed the Neuman K-9 Academy boot camp for dogs. This program covered obedience commands to sit, stay, down, heel, come when called (off-leash), heel off leash, down from a distance, place command, confidence building, distraction proofing, and general etiquette like waiting at doors until released and no jumping up. He also learned how to run on the treadmill and jump into a vehicle on command. Our Minnesota dog training camp provides programs for the Rottweiler such as boot camp, obedience training, and puppy camp.     Don’t hit your dog, you want him to trust and respect you, not fear you! And never call your dog before punishing him, or he won’t want to come next time.

    I just got my rottweiler yesterday and she only 2mo and know how to sit, stay and down. My daughter she love her new dog.
