Yes you really do, but it works much more effectively if the whole family is involved and works together in the training process. Watching these videos together is a GREAT start! 🙂

i used this method and my 8-9 week old puppy learned how to sit in 30 mins or less o.O
my dog is 18 months old and only knows how to sit and ive tried to teach him other tricks but it hasn’t worked can yu help me please. and do you have any tips to keep him in the yard? when anyone opns the gate he runs off..
10 weeks is still pretty young so be patient and see if he is able to keep standing for you if you get him to be frisky and energetic.

Its a palmerainian and I took it to the shelter and I don’t know how old it is and its not mic chiped and the shelter and they said if no one comes for it in 4 to 6 days I can adoped it.the good thing is that it was poty trained
If you have never had a dog before, then you have a lot of research to do. Are you in the process of seeing if you can find the owner. You also might want to call local vet offices to see if they have reports of missing dogs. Also, a lot of puppies are micro chipped so that locating the owners is much easier. Just some options.
