You could carefully trim the hair around their eyes.
My aunt has schnauzers and this is what she does.
Tug is so cute!!! I have 2 schnauzers and I can’t really see when the have eye contact because of their eyebrows. I judge it when they raise their head. Is that right?

Good idea for a video. Positive obedience competitor Chris Bach had a Border Collie that had such good impulse control he wouldn’t ever look away to glance at hotdogs, frisbees, etc. coming from Chris’s back and into his view. She could throw things right past his head, and he wouldn’t ever take his eyes off her. In the middle of one throw, she’d finally give a catch cue and the dog would catch the thing… while still looking at her. So you can really take this to a very advanced level!
Cool. I have been doing this with my dog too because she gets crazy about her treats. I’m glad I’m not the only one!
