This book really delivers. If you have a new puppy it tells you exactly what you need to do to make that a successful transition. I especially found the chapters on puppy safety and what to feed a new puppy helpful. The Puppies Ten Commandments, at the end of the book, melted my heart.

|Best Puppy Training Guide! 5 Stars!,
I stumbled upon this book here on amazon and being that I have 2 new pit bull puppies I had to get it! I was a bit skeptical at first because this training guide was priced so low and I was thinking, there is no way a puppy training guide that is priced like this will provide me with all of the knowledge and info required to properly train my dog. I was absolutely wrong!! This guide truly is one of the best puppy training guides I have found online by far. I would have to say that my favorite aspect of this book was the helpful tips and training methods that target specific dog behavior problems. For example, I applied some of the techniques to stop my dog jumping and barking while making sure to adhere to what I had read in the guide, and let me tel you! This stuff works! I highly recommend this book to anyone who currently has a dog or anyone who is planning on owning a dog in the near future! This really is some of the safest and best puppy training info available. Highly effective, 5 Stars!

This is my business, dogs, so I read a lot of books like this. I was pleasantly surprised how thorough and detailed this book was. It covers a lot more than other books I have read on the same topic. There are so many thing you need to know and should do when bringing home a new puppy and this book covers them all. The only thing it doesn’t cover is crate training, but I will give the author a break–everything else is very good. This would be a good book for a child bringing home their first dog. The writing is clear, concise with no fluff and easy to follow.
